About Us

Hi, my name's Anna and I run Outdoor Yoga Peak District.

Yoga had a profound impact on my life when I discovered it 23 years ago. It made me feel safe and at home in my body and I just knew I had to share it with others.

I grew up by the Peak District and started to meditate in nature, then I took my Yoga practice with me everywhere too.

Everything I teach is from direct experience of experimenting with Yoga at home and outdoors.

I have gradually expanded my array of sessions to include animal therapy and different terrains.

My indoor sessions are unique and bring together different elements to help you to relax and learn something new.

My goal is to always be inspired by the cycles of nature and to bring these to you in different ways.
